Categories are Ribs, Chicken and a mystery ingredient that will be some sort of beef!
Event organizers will provide the mystery ingredient at checkin
Entry fee is $100 per team with ALL entry fees going to the Maryville Fire Department
The event is absolutely free to the general public
Big Green Egg Raffle (among others)
50/50 drawing
Live music by Sweet Bottom
AND beer from Ferguson Brewery
Check in is at 7:00am with final turn in at 5:00pm.
